I hear that pijul remove should be the opposite of pijul add. It isn’t, as it also marks the file for deletion. @pmeunier says that the current behaviour should be possible via an option, but shouldn’t be the default.

Hi! Sorry for the late reply, but I believe this is fixed now, or at least the current behaviour is more intuitive after the fix for #348.

I’m closing this discussion for now in order to try and move to the beta release, feel free to reopen if you don’t think this is actually fixed.
