So I pulled the latest patches @pmeunier has done after our meetup in my almost up-to-date repository. The fact is, now all files have been removed from the repository and I can add them again…

Any, well, ideas?

I've unrecorded them. But for that you need a Pijul that contains a patch I just pushed.

Thanks! Do you have any idea why this strange behaviour has happened?

I am not 100% sure, but this might hav to do with the infinite loop we both observed: if Cargo.lock really contained cycles, maybe Pijul collected edges to delete in the graph?

I think we are good with the latest pijul. We should close this issue.
