This crate doesn't do much: it just sends commands to a PostgreSQL server. But, contrarily to others, it is entirely non-blocking, which means your server can move on to other tasks while the server's response has not arrived, and process the response only when it arrives.
This is experimental, by the way, but still used to serve nest.pijul.com with some success.
Also, Pleingres supports SSL connections to a PostgreSQL server, which makes it usable to connect to a Google Cloud database server.
