I briefly thought about supporting ctrl+a to select all, but perhaps it's overkill.

• I really only need it in the command palette, and I should just train myself to type a couple of letters of junk like 'xz' and hit enter. There's no notion of a selection there.

• Editing panes does have a notion of a selection which would support ctrl+a, but there arise thorny questions about whether to scroll the screen, etc. And I haven't really felt the need for it.

Perhaps I'm starting to feel like I'm hitting the complexity envelope for this fork. Even titles might be a net-negative feature that I wouldn't have gotten into if I knew how much they'd complicate things.
