I've thought before about the disconnect between Pensieve's two ways of linking two notes together:

• asymmetric, able to be positioned at a specific point in a note
• symmetric, connecting whole notes to each other

But it didn't occur to me until now to just create Pensieve's links for any hyperlinks in a note.
