while auto logouts are annoying, it's important to let user know the connection is closed explicitly as soon as possible instead of on their next action in that session for security reasons. "oh shit someone else must have my credentials since I didn't initiate it!" or "I've left that session unattended and now whoever is snooping by can see whatever I was seeing at that time". Sadly on frontend they'll lose whatever state they were using but its not like they're typing a document right...?
