This changeset adapts the plugin to cope with the changes in nix 2.22 to 2.24. It also adapts the nixpkgs input to deal with the removal of nixUnstable. Instead, it’s now using nixVersions.latest by default.

I’ve updated the checks as well, but apart from verifying that the plugin builds with multiple versions, they still don’t run due to https://nest.pijul.com/pijul/pijul/discussions/953.
