Picking up gold now also shows the total amount. Feel free to improve

the wording. It might be conceivable to not mention the total amount if you start at 0 gold but I thought it's too minor to bother. Perhaps more serious: if someone uses the option show_turns (which should also show Gold – does it? and which should be renamed!) then printing the total is a bit strange.
