Rename `pinentryFlavour` to `pinentryPackage` in `programs.gnupg.agent`

Seems to have been changed in https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/133542. Prompted by the following message: "The option definition programs.gnupg.agent.pinentryFlavor' in /nix/store/(…)/configuration.nix' no longer has any effect; please remove it. Use programs.gnupg.agent.pinentryPackage instead"
