It felt like the configuration page in the manual was a bit barren, so I added a simple configuration reference for both global & local configs as well as an example for both. Hopefully this makes things a bit clearer!

If I read the code correctly, the repository specific configuration file is falled config not config.toml. I think this is incorrect in the manual but remains also incorrect in your edit. See https://nest.pijul.com/pijul/pijul:main/SXEYMYF7P4RZM.W5JQA line 155.
