I can’t seem to change my profile picture; if i upload a .png, for “choose file” on profile picture, it appears to succeed, shows the filename; i click update, but then the filename disappears next to profile picture and my profile picture is not updated.

i’m not sure if the screenshot is uploadable here, but it appears my profile pic (in e.g., this issue) is now correct (red color), but as the screenshot shows, it does not appear in my profile pic to the left when i edit my profile
