#163 channel rename leaves behind the old channel

I just tried the channel rename command. It seems to leave the old channel behind, i. e. pijul channel still lists the old rename. If this is the correct behavior, the subsubcommand should probably not be called rename but more something like copy.

Thanks! I just fixed this. This was a serious bug, as it could have led to repository corruption in some cases.
