#19 Show last change to the content of a directory as the last change of directory on the Nest

So, after two months of improvements in libpijul, I’m happy to say that was finally able to implement this quite efficiently in the Nest. The currently deployed version still has a bug, but that will be fixed in a few minutes with the next redeployment.

It currently shows when the directory was initially created, which is not very useful information in most cases.
