#434 [CREDIT, FEATURE REQUEST] cant apply hash from credit

I would like to apply patches from credit out of box.

Now I always have to cut latest char:

$ pijul apply --channel Empty EWIWWQ2LZIVUY
Error: File EWIWWQ2LZIVUY not found, and not recognised as a prefix of a known change identifier. Using the full path to the change file may help.
$ pijul apply --channel Empty EWIWWQ2LZIVU
