It looks like pijul key … has been removed in favour of pijul identity …. The sections about working with remotes (like the nest) and generating signing keys will need to be updated. Some of the commands seem to have been just renamed, but it’s not clear what the intended replacement for pijul key gen is meant to be.

I ran into the same thing. I wonder if it just signs automatically nowadays? You do get some sort of keypair generated when creating an identity.
