WIP an attempt at a backend server that might not be needed?

The reason for this project was to serve the static assets from over the CDN. Might not be needed just yet as there’s nothing super intense going on that requires the extra compute

Just an update to the above - I do need a backend if I want to be secure

• will need to access with elevated permissions to pull from a bucket. Even though I have the access key, I can’t download an object
