Add previous and next revision support. It is *very* inefficient, as it asks pijul to output every log before finding the previous change. But I don't know of other ways to achieve the required effect.

Add pull and rough diff. I shall add push as well, but I will leave that to the next time. Also the diff support is still rough: I don't really know how to convert the output of "pijul diff" to the format Emacs expects.

Add basic vc-dir support. I can finally see something in the vc-dir buffer, though it is still quite fragile and not necessarily correct and / or efficient.
